About LLC Annual Fees

LLC Annual Fees is a free state-by-state tracker of LLC fees and annual report deadlines. It covers 51 jurisdictions: all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

For each jurisdiction we track what it costs to form an LLC, what the LLC owes each year to stay in good standing, and when it's due. You can compare every state in one table, look up a single state, or use the deadline calculator to find your next filing date. You can also leave your email for deadline reminders. Reminder emails aren't being sent yet; we'll start once they're ready.

Where our data comes from

Every figure comes from an official government source: a Secretary of State (or equivalent) fee schedule, filing form, FAQ page, state statute, or state tax agency page. Each state page lists its sources and the date we last checked them. The current data was last checked on October 16, 2026.

If we can't confirm a figure on an official source, we don't estimate it. We leave it blank or flag it, and we say so on the state page. Our methodology page explains what we track and what we leave out.

How corrections work

States change their fees and rules. If you see something out of date:

  1. Email us at hello@llcannualfees.com with the state, the field that's wrong, and a link to the official state source.
  2. We re-check the entry against the state's official source.
  3. If the source confirms the change, we update the entry and its last-checked date.

We don't change data based on third-party websites. A correction needs an official source.

How the site makes money

LLC Annual Fees is free to use. Some links on the site may be affiliate links to LLC formation and registered agent services. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships never change the state fees, deadlines or rankings we publish. Those come only from official government sources and our published method.
