What the table leaves out:

The cheapest way

If you have a Nevada street address and don't mind it on the public record, filing yourself costs the state fees only: $425 to start, $350 a year. If you want a registered agent, Northwest's $39 includes the first year of agent service, which makes it the lower year-1 total of the two services here. ZenBusiness's $0 Starter ends up higher in Nevada once you add its $199 registered agent.

When is the Nevada Annual List due?

By the last day of your LLC's anniversary month, every year (NRS 86.263). Late, and Nevada charges a $75 late fee on the Annual List, plus a $100 penalty if the State Business License fee is paid late. Details and official sources: Nevada LLC annual list and business license.
